Let me first just say this is a fantastic quality faucet. ALL metal, not a big store plastic part. The first clue was the crates themselves - standard Jane Moen assembly crates. Not the shiny things you get off the shelves in stores. Second, the weight was an absolute sellout. Why 3 stars you ask? Too bad for us, I jumped on the deal and they sat in these boxes for 2 1/2 months before the hubs got a chance to install them. Had we gotten around to it sooner, we would have noticed that BOTH faucets - both "BRUSHED NICKEL" faucets - had CHROME lifting bars. Shiny little spheres adorn our installations made of polished nickel. Pretty annoying. It's too late for us to do anything about it other than swear and end up ordering new ones. Absolutely not cool. I think our bust is for not tearing up the box right away, although I expected more from Moen, you know?
