I love this oil for my skin. I use it a day after showering. I have very dry skin, especially during the cold months in Michigan. The reason I say I use it every other day is because my skin takes it so well and doesn't dry out as quickly as it used to. I will say if you are applying this as a body lotion or oil for dryness give yourself some time before getting dressed. It takes about 30 minutes to fully absorb into the skin and not feel greasy. I just go to bed in my old pajamas, so I don't care if she puts them on. I also apply it to my hands and cuticles right before bed and wear gloves. My hands get as dry as anything, but the next day they look well hydrated. I have yet to try my hair on. My daughter uses a small amount of chapped lips before bed and doesn't have to worry about chapped lips or constantly wearing lip balms the next day.
