Review on HairArt H1500 Ceramic Straightening Iron by Elizabeth Rue

I have been using this brand for over 8 years (professional use), I love HairArt. I usually order irons and hardware through our salon dealer so this is my first time buying any type of work gear online. Everything is fine with iron. I've only had it for a few weeks but when I use the curling iron it makes a clicking noise in the area of the rotating cord. This scares me because it sounds like the swivel is rusty and will break or stop working at any moment. The HairArt logo has already fallen off the iron, which ALWAYS happens with this brand, no matter who you buy from. I would like to exchange it as it could be defective.
