Missing parts. but the company quickly resolved

Whole bracket is missing. only 2 should be 4 black staples in a box. I wrote, hope they reply to me to take care of it ASAP, otherwise I will update my rating to the lowest rating. Cannot install only one side. very disappointed! Update: After reporting missing parts, they replaced a whole new batch to make sure we have all the parts! It came fast! Very happy with customer service.
