it looks like those "tight" shirts, they're technically tight at the seams, but they also look and feel like a bag so what's the point, i didn't know that this is also possible with shoes but here i would say take a smaller size but it probably won't fit or hurt your feet hard to explain. Just avoid it unless you have wide/fat feet or similar, they deform and sway with every step
