I didn't purchase this scanner from Amazon but thought I'd leave a review to help others. First off, I've been in the auto repair business for 21 years and have used just about every lightweight, heavy duty scanner ever made. OTC Evolution is probably one of the worst scanners I've ever used. Slow loading speed, very slow toggling between menus, horrible selection menus, slow data buffering, especially on Fords, horrible access to Eurocar system, doesn't read Duramax injector balance correctly, horrible battery life. these are the main disadvantages. In fact, the only good thing that can be said about the tool is that the screen is sharp and bright. I have a Matco Maximus 2.0 Pro which is older, outperforms the Evolution and is cheaper. Don't waste your money and buy one. I bought mine from a tool cart and am fighting for a refund because it's a useless scanner. This is a good $3500 code reader.
