Great product but what is shown is not what was supplied

I would probably give this review 5 stars if they delivered what was shown or if I was charged for the model received. Benefits1. Great price 2. Sturdy construction3. The wall panel is simply attached to the outer knobs using 3 knobsCons1. Brackets not as described - no safety latch. It uses screws to attach behind the bottom edge of the wall panel.2. The built-in level is pure junk. Let's look at the cons first. A latch lock would make my life a lot easier, but it's not the end of the world. Use the LONG Phillips screwdriver. While the instructions seemed incomplete and general, hanging the panel and installing the brackets is a relatively intuitive process. I ended up using the screws that were on the back of my TV. The built-in bubble level isn't accurate, which is repeatedly pointed out in the reviews. Minor problem. I used my own layer. The TV will be mounted close to the wall, so be sure to connect the cables and tighten the handles before hanging the TV. There are cheaper mounting solutions, but most are not as wide as this one. This is a very strong mount and when you hang it you can easily see it. Again, the width makes it easier to mount on 3 bolts, allowing you to center the TV. Despite the criticism, this is an amazing product, but the concern is that contrary to advertised security, the company continues to supply a mounting kit with security screws. Latch.Update: I have now bought FOUR of these. The first lap must have been harder than I remember. I installed 3 additional TVs in my house and it took no more than 15 minutes to install one of them.
