Review on Corsair RM850X Modular 80PLUS Supply by Ognian Dimitrov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

For whatever reason, neither the PSU nor its cables came in a branded carrying case. Everything, it seems. Wired in? - My senses picked up nothing. There were no snags in the smooth operation of things. The cables may be manipulated into any desired configuration simply by bending them, so that's another benefit.

Pros
  • Silent. Bought in September 2022 in anticipation of the launch of more powerful processors and graphics cards. In games like Baldur's Gate 3 and Disciples: Liberation, a system with an R5 3600X and an RTX 3060 ti at 128+225w peak will not activate its cooling fan. Something much more substantial has begun to swirl. In my rendition, there is no fluff. Easily disconnecting wires. Four times was sufficient for me. Only one CPU, one PCIe, one SATA with three outputs, and one motherboard connector. Two extra processors, a PCIe expansion card, and three SATA drives, presumably for four and three outputs, remain in the package. Quality construction; excellent overall quality. It comes with the necessary screws and plastic ties for assembly. Conscientiously stuffed into a box. The package included a moisture absorber. No acid green names that are laconic and catchy.
Cons
  • Not telling.
