18 yukon xl 5.3l has terrible strange noise when shifting the damper. The gearbox has been serviced twice and at the dealer. Now, using a special new liquid, repair the so-called breech. Long story short, my shifting was awful, I heard a sound like it was stuck in overdrive with light throttle. 30 - 40 mph and 50 - 62. Deceleration and acceleration with odd shifts. The final response from the dealers was "What the customer is experiencing is from V8 to V4 and that's fine." So I went online to look for answers. GUYS, THIS IS THE SOLUTION! There are NO more noises and my transmission shifts perfectly! And no more than v4. Switch it on, wait for the lights to go out, start and you're done. I can't stress this enough, better engine response, 1000β° shift improvement, no noise, I mean I could rant and rant. If you fix motherf*r! And what is most interesting, gas consumption has increased. It was born to be v8 and now it is. I've been reading other people's comments on here and kept saying that the guy who wrote that as if I was talking to myself: yes, yes. Well I spent the money and it was worth every penny! So if you go here, yes, yes, yes, buy it and don't look back. I'm just shocked it worked.
