I'm a bit of a knife freak when it comes to kitchen knives, I need quality knives in my kitchen and I'm very hesitant to buy knives under $100 but have recently retired and that I've realized I have to live on a tight budget now so after carefully researching this knife online I decided to take a chance on a less expensive knife and I'm very glad I did.
