6 million is the way!

Bought a king size 2 pack (6 mil thickness) to change into and it held up very well. I picked up the mattress by the plastic, dragged it across the floor (a short distance) and no tears. Bought another brand queen size 5 mil thick for my futon and it ripped when he picked it up with the plastic. If you have a good mattress that you want to protect, spend the extra money and go for a 6 mil thickness.
