Good - easy to clean, it comes with a cleaning brush, I love that it has a stainless steel interior as I've had broken glass in the past, they are easy to open and use. I love that it holds a little more than most pumps of this size. Not great - the plastic top that supports you to inflate feels a little flimsy and easily opens when trying to store it, for example, if it's tilted to one side at all. , it opens by itself. Also, I would like a little more liquid to come out with each pumping action. Neutral for now - haven't used it enough to determine how long water/coffee stays hot.
