The user experience was excellent! All functionality worked flawlessly without any problems or inconsistencies throughout my evaluation period which lasted over two weeks with more than 50 test sessions conducted during this time frame. I have nothing negative about their service at least as far back through our testing phase until today when there were no updates given from them since then our conversation has been via email only which we haven't received yet. Very simple phone call/video conferencing system using an SIP provider like live caller allows us easily connect multiple departments with each other including customers who are calling outbound.
