The product arrived from Ink Safari and the box of ink was bent and twisted and barely closed up

I pay a lot of money for these Epson ink cartridges and expect them to arrive in better condition. This is the second time it has arrived this way. I will probably shop elsewhere next time. Perhaps the product should be packed in a sturdy box and not a padded envelope.
