Review on Mikrotik RB912R 2ND LTm Weatherproof Wireless Antennas by Dila Annisa ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

I'll change my review. The router was brought closer to the street into the light of God, glued to the rear window with Velcro with double-sided tape, and only then did it reveal itself in all its glory! Confidently holds an OpenVPN tunnel home, for example. But the GPS did not work. In fact, Mikrotik themselves admit that the antennas of this device are unsuccessful. If LTE more or less worked when I got the router out of the bowels of the car, then GPS with an internal antenna will not work. Need an external one. But laziness.

Pros
  • This is Mikrotik with all its inherent advantages. If there is a network technology that needs to be applied, RouterOS knows about it.
Cons
  • The claimed GPS is in fact useless and inoperable. The device, which is positioned as automotive, should be waterproof, but I did not even find any traces of rubber seals.

Has some pros Stable operation, flexibility of settings, it has been working without reboot for several months. Has some cons cost, but it's worth it.
