Good, comfortable fit. I'm 5'5, 120 pounds and regularly 2-4 in my pants. I like my sweatpants looser so I went for a medium size. I washed and dried them before wearing them and they haven't shrunk much if at all and are long enough! They fit me with space but I'm glad I appreciated them. The small size was maybe too tight around the waist sweat wise for my liking, because on the medium ones I don't even need a waist tie to tighten them.
