The customer service has been outstanding. They really care about our needs, they respond quickly, and are always willing to lend a hand when needed. It's easy to use for vet clinics of all sizes. I like how it gives me quick access to my medical records, allowing me to be more efficient in my day-to-day work. I've had no problems using Vet Blue so far! There's nothing I dislike specifically. If you're looking for an EMR/EMR system or office management software, then this is a great option for you. We have saved time by being able to track appointments, make payments, and keep up with patient information from one place instead of logging into multiple sites.
