It's so simple - from adding new users or editing their profiles right through billing them monthly via PayPal when they are set up correctly; everything about VB has been very user friendly!! I like the ability to have vet blue look at my vet records from various sources and give me a summary of the information in one spot. The search feature could be improved but it's what we use all day everyday. It helps us make sure animals are receiving good care and that there isn't anything wrong or up for correction. The customer service has been outstanding. They really care about our needs, they respond quickly, and are always willing to lend a hand when needed. It's easy to use for vet clinics of all sizes.
