The RCR314 remote was supposed to have a backlit keyboard for $11.99 but doesn't have it. The RCR313 is said to have a partially backlit keyboard for $9.99. I called the company and asked why my RCR314 didn't light up the entire keyboard, thinking mine might be defective. You said that the OK button only lights up when the light button is pressed. So what makes it $2 more expensive than the RCR313 with a partially backlit keyboard that's probably just an OK button. Bad product description. Send back.
