Broken leg after two weeks of use. Fans blow air in the wrong direction, total waste of money, don't buy. Update: ipow was really good at tracking me down, texting me and emailing me until he got through. They sent me a replacement free of charge after I sent them pictures of the damage. It got here on time and seems to work better than the previous one. However, due to the upcoming holidays, I wasn't on my laptop much. I will update again after I can use it more if the customer service has been top notch. I thought all was lost but they fixed it. I've never had a salesperson contact me if they could let him go. Last update: Exactly the same breakage happened after a long break from using my laptop with this cooler case. Great customer service but the product keeps breaking.
