Review on iTaskX by Paul Dobson

Very customizable in terms of font size, spacing between lines, task structure, etc. Really liked how it made our job writing reports for a large client easier by allowing us to quickly produce a format that looked professional. The fact that we could create our own templates was also great! Nothing I disliked really. We had several users who were new to using this software. They used it for a couple weeks then never came back again. Perhaps the learning curve wasn't as easy to handle? For our team at work, it helped us to communicate better with clients more easily. Because it's a software program that you can access from anywhere, my coworkers and I are no longer restricted to only working from our computer desktops. I like that it's open-source software that allows for customization of tasks. It also has many features for managing time and expenses in projects. The interface could be more intuitive (but still very easy to understand). We are using this tool for our work with companies where we estimate jobs and manage them using tasks. This particular application makes our life easier because you can keep track of costs and deadlines easily while working from anywhere at any hour of the day.
