I really like that you can easily see all of your tasks at once in one place. You also have options for assigning different people to each task so it's easy to keep track of who did what when. It would be nice if there was an option to add more than just 5 notes per task. Also, sometimes it doesn't always work as well as expected. Very customizable in terms of font size, spacing between lines, task structure, etc. Really liked how it made our job writing reports for a large client easier by allowing us to quickly produce a format that looked professional.
