Easy to use, this unit is great for reproducing unusual shapes and angles. I can no longer blame tricky measurements for a poor fit - now it's all about how closely the cut follows the intended line. I wish it had a lock but that wasn't a big problem. The tines are pretty stiff and tight so nothing moves unless you hit them. But for peace of mind on important cuts, a ban would raise this product from 4 to 5 stars in my mind. My kids love playing with it too and it has withstood more rough handling than I'm happy about.
