Review on Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD ST1000DM003 by Janis Gailitis ᠌

It was the last corpse, after which I put an end to Seagate. It used to be a normal company, but for the past few years it has been making powdered screws. This particular one worked for a little over a year, the warranty expired - and died. Worked in Word'e began to save the file - not saved, errors, then the Word freezes. At first I did not understand that it was a screw. Then everything hung up. I rebooted the system - it loaded for a long time, with an attempt to automatically recover (although the OS was not on this hard one), then it started. I check SMART - and there an error on an error and an error drives. I urgently bought a new screw, fortunately - I managed to transfer all the information that was needed and important. Just a little more, and I would have to stomp into the information recovery company and give completely different money. Seagate is purely a 50/50 lottery!
