Review on ๐Ÿ• Stop Your Dog from Pulling and Choking on Walks with the PetSafe Chic Gentle Leader Headcollar by Lakeisha Butler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I would have a really hard time keeping it under control/not tugging (she feels great in the home and feels good when properly displayed.

Draws A LOT on walks (she is very muscular and so strong) We have used her She was strapped in before we bought it but it was still so hard to stop her from pulling/controlling during our walks, sometimes I was too scared to walk her alone, because i knew that if she sees another dog on our walk she will do it its very difficult for me to control her / not pull me (she is great at home and does well when she has other dogs properly introduced but there is something like she has seen another dog on a leash and it has brought her out of our distress wonderfully new trainers spent last week he spent 1 hour with Roxy and recommended we try a padded leash. don't use choke/spike collars on her), so we accepted her offer. I've been using Gentle Leader for 3 days now and I'm already seeing such a dramatic difference. Roxy doesn't like wearing Gentle Leader, but she's becoming more tolerant of him every day. All in all it helped reduce traction SO MUCH and helped her walk on the heel. My husband and I finally feel like we have sole control of walking. We even saw another dog today and of course Roxy tried to pull but couldn't! It was actually EASY for me to get her from the other dog to our front door. I also love that Roxy can still grab treats and drink water while wearing this. Since this type of training tool can look like a muzzle to people, I decided on a fun donut pattern to make it look a little less intimidating :) Our Gentle Leader halter also came with a matching donut leash that so it was a plus!
