Janibell saves a life if you have someone in your home who is incontinent. Yes, it's like a large diaper pail, but it's self-closing and relatively odorless. One of the reasons for this is that these continuous garbage bags fit into the Janibell. You just gather what you need, tie off the end and you're good to go. When you need to empty the Janibell, simply peel off the excess bag, cut and tie. And start over. The set of replacement bags that came with the kit lasted me almost a year.
