Great upgrade for a stationary bike. 9/16 as normal pedals for 3pcs. Cranks
Great replacement/upgrade for spin bike or exercise bike, with trainers or sneakers. The bottom is weighted so that it straightens out when you're not using it for easy re-insertion. The straps are comfortable and feel thick for durability. They're not for a regular bike unless you're a strength trainer and like punishment. Just right for coaches.
