Nice but not warm!

If the heater isn't blowing cold air, this is a great heater. Sometimes it heats up well, then switches to another mode and blows cold air. The advert says it has built-in thermal protection to protect against overheating. But they don't tell you that, and that's that it blows cold air when you shift gears. I've had three of these and they all do. I don't understand why you need to blow cold air when thermal protection kicks in. But I will say that Revain's return policy is above the norm.
