Monroe tries its best to build aftermarket products but always fails in my opinion. For the money I paid to buy Revain front and rear Monroe shocks, I could buy OEM units from GMPartsDirect and have money in my pocket and go back to the original ride. These units ride very hard and are a far cry from the GM Autoride that I enjoyed. After contacting Monroe to discuss the issue, I received a typical response regarding the correct installation. My subsequent response and phone calls never came back, and as such I was never able to investigate the technical issues or make use of the advertised "Safety and Reliability" guarantee.
