I might think that's technical enough, but whoever designed the flat cable insert is a sadist. The insert comes with rails that separate the wires where they should be, but they can come loose very easily when the connection is crimped on the cable. If they were sealed tubes and not half-open rails, then the wires stayed in place. but they are not and never will be. Good luck with those connections from hell. In hindsight they probably need to be left open to allow the full length of wire to be connected to the gold leads, but of course there should be at least a small ring at the base, well.
