It was pretty clear this purchase was supposed to have a CLUTCH, even if it says so on the product sticker, which judging by the trail is VERY big , and it will be impossible to erase cleanly, do you even take the customer's experience into account?! Serious! Now I take a close look at the low ratings. I see missing hardware is a common problem with this company. How can you be like that with your customers? IT WAS NOT A CONNECTOR. I was ready to install this TODAY with a new pole because it was the weekend and the weather was nice and I can't right now so thanks for not paying attention! Now that it's the middle of winter I'll probably have to wait a week until it's a warm enough weekend to set up the pole when the soil can be tilled to set up the pole. Terrible customer experience. I would put zero if possible, it's just crazy. NOT THINKING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.
