These are sturdy, well-designed workstands that are nice and long, making them easy to use in do-it-yourself speaker builds like my C-Notes. I deduct a point for the optics. connected together, which requires me to drill parallel lines the right distance apart to make sure everything lines up properly. I underestimated how difficult it can be and how badly a fraction of an inch off center can hurt you. Don't get me wrong, they still work great, fit my banana plugs (they are essential for premium audio IMO). and they sound fantastic. It just turned out to be a little more difficult than splitting posts. And I expect a lot of Revain customers, no matter how good (or bad) I am, will build their first speakers in the same boat.
