would buy again. for accessories and consumables

I know this isn't rocket science, but a chart would be nice for a 'recommended' nut/washer position. Overall, these posts are great. used a few on my fiberglass body

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some little things

Be sure to insulate between the racks

I liked everything except the lack of insulation between the through holes for fastening the racks. You'll need another piece if your site is conductive. However, it's easy enough to do it yourself. You just have to do it.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • There is a minus

Ham Radio Ground Strip Terminal Block

I wanted banana plugs with a long end to fit through a 3/4 inch piece of copper conduit that is used as a common equipment ground point for my ham radio system. They meet this requirement and are otherwise of good quality.

Pros
  • Plus only
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

The best bindings I could find on the web

Very well made. The banana plug fits all the way in. Long thread so you can get them through moderately thick cabinets. A metal washer is embedded in the knurled screw on the back of the clamping bolt to ensure good electrical contact.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Reliability

Solid brass rods, so to speak.

Excellent banana jack. The quality is excellent, they feel solid. I had to cut a set for a project and the studs/posts were solid brass unlike others I've purchased in the past. The photo shows that the brass is solid. To update. I still like these, however. The rod, which appears to be solid brass, is magnetic. Not quite sure what type of tin/metal they are mixed with. I downgraded my rating by 1 star.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • Some problems

NOT for METAL PANELS

I was happy to receive them very quickly, well packaged and well assembled. The only problem; CAN ONLY BE INSTALLED IN NON-METAL PANEL SUCH AS WOOD, PLASTIC OR PHENOLIC MATERIALS, otherwise installing on a metal panel will cause a short circuit. Okay, I'm old, but those in the past had an insulator that slipped over the stem. between the lower and upper side mounts for complete isolation. They have a very small protrusion so if the device comes loose it will slip and short out. Again - ONLY…

Easy install, keeps box sealed and works with 0.75 " stuff

I really like these mounting pins. these holes to prevent your box from letting air in. The stand is exactly 1.5 inches long. Each strut has 3 nuts, 3 washers and 3 lock washers. Considering the plate and all the nuts and washers, they can be used with 0.5" stock. For use with .75" stock, use only 2 nuts on each post. Based on my measurements, you should be able to use them on material just over 1 inch thick as long as you use 1 nut per post. didn't try.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • no instructions

These are sturdy, well-designed workstands that are nice and long, making them easy to use in do-it-yourself speaker builds like my C-Notes. I deduct a point for the optics. connected together, which requires me to drill parallel lines the right distance apart to make sure everything lines up properly. I underestimated how difficult it can be and how badly a fraction of an inch off center can hurt you. Don't get me wrong, they still work great, fit my banana plugs (they are essential for…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
