The smaller plate works great!

The installation is very simple, the wheel is delivered assembled, you just have to connect it. to what you want. It works as intended, I've used it to make tiny air dried clay pots. The only complaint I have is that the big platter must be too big to balance on the small base which makes it wobble or something because I couldn't do anything on it, everything turned out to be very deformed. I was ready to return it but before that I tried a smaller slab and it works great! I would recommend YouTube videos for tips and tricks. For example, while with a large potter's wheel you would normally soak a sponge and squeeze water onto your hands and clay onto a plate, you can't do that with this type of wheel or the water will splash everywhere. Instead, fill a small cup with water and dip your fingertips in as needed. this prevents splashing water! I also wish the cord was a bit longer so I wouldn't have to be limited to working at my desk next to an outlet, but overall I had a lot of fun creating with this one! It's very therapeutic and fun to see what a tiny creation you come up with!
