I have been using it for almost six months. The good thing is that it does produce some juice. The bad is that everything I try to run through either gets stuck at the bottom or just doesn't grid well enough. I have an another juicer from a different company and it had absolutely no problem. I think the company should go back to the drawing board and trying to figure out how to make it better. What they have is pathetic.
