I noticed someone else commented that the eutectic alloy flows better at the melting point and that 60/40 should be avoided for prototyping, but I think they lack very general usage pulling out solder traces on a perforated board. This alloy is great for this because you can set your soldering iron to a fairly low temperature and then direct the solder exactly where it needs to go without thinning too much and falling through holes in the board. I definitely recommend buying this lot. . Supporting manufacturing in the USA is extremely important.
