Review on POPCULT by Drake Burroughs

I recently attempted shopping at POPCULT online store, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The site has a modern and entertaining design, but that's about all it has going for it. The apparel, footwear, and accessories they sell are not only of low quality but also completely generic. Everything I got was so boring and standard; I was expecting to find some fun and unusual things to incorporate into my DIY projects. Worse yet, their support service is laughable. I encountered a team that was both unresponsive and unhelpful when I attempted to return some of the items I had bought. After waiting weeks for a response, I was initially offered store credit rather than the refund I had asked. Overall, my time with POPCULT was a complete nightmare. If you value quality, elegance, and excellent service, I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid trouble.
