Since my exhaust system was designed with this in mind, I encountered an expensive fabrication change to convert it to a butterfly style. These cutouts are quite large as the gate needs to open fully. engines burn out. Some sooner rather than later. Any welding on them will void the warranty. So if your heart is set on them, buy 2 sets. They have decent customer service if you need to replace engines. LO LYeah so if I had to do it all over again I'd be a butterfly guy. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the gate will remain open or closed unless you are on regular anti-spasmodic medication. Working on the second set, I'm thinking more seriously about reworking the exhaust system. I wish you success.
