Review on πŸͺ‘ NOUHAUS Ergo3D Ergonomic Office Chair: Adjustable Armrest, Lumbar Support, and Blade Wheels - Black Mesh Chair for Gaming, Computer, and Executive Use by Cassandra Lau

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is the chair for those under 6' and under 200lbs - well made and with good lumbar support.

I am 1.67m tall and weigh 75kg – this chair is perfect for a small to medium sized person and will likely fit people up to 1.80m tall and around 200kg – which means this is a perfect chair for me. But I think anyone who is taller will feel that this chair is too small and cramped. Relieve the weight of the legs pulling my lower back forward. I also have an extra lumbar pillow in my lower back. I sit in my office chair 10 hours a day and have had back problems for years, and to be honest, I never took a good approach to rehabilitation until I actually threw my back down in mid-August. It took me 6 weeks of therapy and almost 10 weeks of full recovery before I could trust my back and stop feeling pain. I immediately looked at 20 different chairs and it took me about a week to decide on this one. And so far the choice has been justified. I'm back to sitting at my desk 10 hours a day, and by the 10th hour I can just get up and walk down the stairs with no problem, pain, stiffness, or discomfort. This chair serves its purpose. One of the positives about this chair is that the seat is only 18 inches deep and the actual usable seat is about 16 inches as the backrest curves two inches below the upright portion of the chair. That's what you expect from a chair as my knees can be about 3 inches from the edge/end of the seat - chairs with seats that are too deep force you to sit forward making it impossible for you to to actually use the chair lumbar spine of the chair. No matter how good the lumbar/ergo system is, it doesn't matter if your lower back is inches from vertical support - that was my problem with my previous two chairs (but I never did anything about it because it's too much was) . Inconvenience.). When I add my optional lumbar support, it fills that two inch gap by curving down, providing full lumbar support from seated to upright, and allowing me to extend my lower back to the full width/height of upright put. Chair. It's a good chair, solid, well made, with all the standard features (with an adjustable seat if you want). Armrests have multiple positions, heights and angles. I've never had a headrest and I love it, I just sit down to take a break from the keyboard and I can close my eyes and rest my neck. I recommend this chair.
