Review on 1 QT Zinsser 271009 White Synthetic Shellac Primer | B-I-N Advanced - Pack of 1 by Jeremy Kakaruk
Poor adhesion to paint!
I am a Zinsser fan but this was my first experience with this product without sanding the previous surface as the condition of the product can be met. I painted over the old paint that I peeled off first, but the BIN primer didn't hold. I do not recommend using this polish without the usual preparation.
