My handyman figured out how to install this fairly quickly despite the lack of instructions provided for the faucet set.PROS:- Beautiful design, big shower head- Strong continuous streams- Temperature stays consistentCONS:- Customer service- Cheap product- Not durableAfter only about one month of use, the matte black paint or coating on the handle started chipping away. I contacted the sellers and found the product is backed by a 1-year warranty. BUT, warranty doesn't do any good if the company tries talking you out of a replacement part because: 1, the part is too difficult to replace and 2, parts come directly from China (in the midst of COVID.) and it'll take about a month to deliver.Overall, I do NOT recommend this product. The product is cheaply finished with low-grade coating. I doubt the replacement part will hold up better than the original part I received. Do yourself a favor and invest in a well-known brand faucet that is guaranteed to last.
