This is my second VG27AQ (as a second monitor). I was a bit nervous about the repair and what I received looked like it was open box as the original box contained all the parts. No problem. The item was dispatched promptly and although it was stated that a FedEx signature was required, I did not have to sign for it. This monitor is perfect for gaming and work. Highly recommended. I would also recommend searching YouTube for the ideal setting at 165Hz.
