I was hesitant to buy an "upgraded" monitor but in my opinion it is just as good as the new one. No IPS glow and dead pixels. I bought the extended warranty because it was extended but after a few weeks I'm starting to think maybe it was even a waste of money. In any case, you have 90 days to return it. If anything happens I would buy a refurbished Revain product in a heartbeat.

Use the same system with two parts, the part that goes to your monitor and then your arm. You have to put the piece on your monitor and then put the monitor on your hand. The monitor itself is impressive, but it has a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. I bought it under warranty so I'll replace it one day. It took me a while to notice this because you can only see it when you're on a completely black screen.

At full disclosure it came close to dead center with a dead pixel. ASUS has a dead pixel return policy, but it doesn't rise to the level of replacement. While I'm disappointed in that, I still give 5 stars for everything else. and honestly I don't notice the pixel anymore.

It has a very nice display and I didn't see any dead pixels or defects on my monitor. I always try to buy ASUS when I can, they are usually reliable. However, an asterisk for the miserable speaker quality. I've tried setting up my software but it doesn't resolve the issue. I have to use my own speakers and headphones.

I bought this refurbished monitor expecting to open it up and find a used product. INCORRECT. Came in the original packaging, all parts are wrapped in plastic, no scratches, scuffs or dents. Connected and WOW what is the difference from 60MHz to 144MHz. Really very happy and I saved $49 on boots too. Great deal in every way. This is my 5th buy back for a few hundred dollars and they have all been exceptional. I've saved hundreds of dollars by buying upgraded electronics. buy now
