Getting to 144fps in most games isn't easy unless you have top-of-the-line components or dial down the graphics quality, but G-Sync works great and was as easy as setting it up in the monitor menu and then the control panel Nvidia controls. I also disable overclocking to avoid flickering as it warns that overclocking the monitor can cause stuttering. I was concerned about the update, but it's great and there's nothing wrong with it. The backlight is a little noticeable, but not too bad, and for the price, almost most monitors with these specs have a see-through backlight. Just turn on the light in your room and you won't notice. Blacks look black in games.
