Whoever the new tray maker is, he's terrible. As others have said, the external holes are not compatible with the 3.5" drive bay. So if, like me, you have the sub-screws in place (built into the case), it's time to get a drill. Also, razor sharp edges REAL, I cut myself on one. The screwdriver arrived with a broken tip. fun out there!
