Review on 🐢 Dogit Style Nylon Messenger Bag for Convenient Dog Outings and Travels by Rebecca Waffles

Fits perfectly on my Maltese

I have an 8 to 10 lb Maltese (he's a bit big, my friend likes to call him 'awful Maltese') and fits comfortably in this bag. It's a little tight, which is why I say it's snug - a wider dog might not fit. It also has a narrow opening at the top and sides - I have to clench the dog's paws to get it through the opening, but it's comfortable enough inside. I would have liked it to be wider and a little less long, but for an incognito dog carrier it fits the bill. Also, the buttons for the "door" on one side are cheap nylon, so I don't recommend locking and unlocking them often, but the zippers hold up well and I never use the zipper (I prefer to keep the zipper easy to open so my dog can peek out which is a good benefit). The top and sides are mesh so the dog appears to be breathing normally. It has a pocket on one side (the side opposite the flap) that is surprisingly roomy. The strap is adjustable but it makes it slip right through the metal thing - easy to attach but a bit scary for the dog, luckily I caught him. I recommend tying a knot at the end of the belt to prevent this. I know I have many reservations, but this is a good bag, especially for city life where large dog bags are cumbersome and bulky. This allows me to take my dog to many places I couldn't.
