I've been looking for a good, powerful, handheld car vacuum for months. By god I think I found it in Metro Vacuum this time! After using the Dirt Devil, Black & Deck, and Eureka (yellow) handheld vacuums, this vacuum blew them all away. It is not only quieter, but also lighter and cleans better. It arrived in a plain box with no company logos or anything, but I guess that's how they come these days. I immediately checked the vacuum cleaner and found that it cleans my SUV very well. I am very happy that I made this purchase. Not sure why anyone said it was noisy because mine wasn't at all. Compared to the Eureka, this thing is very quiet. Maybe because mine is new? We'll see how time goes by. And someone else wrote that it gets very hot after use. Mine never did. It took me about 20 minutes to clean my entire SUV from top to bottom and the vacuum's steel tank never got hot. It was warm but not hot. It cleaned my car so well that I used it to clean several other cars a few days later and again it never got hot, just warm. This vacuum cleaner had a shoulder strap but I felt uncomfortable using it. It's so light I still haven't felt the need to use it. I do not regret this purchase. This vacuum cleaner is way better than any other portable device out there. I would definitely recommend this purchase to others.
