Don't be fooled by the fact that Encha carries a wide variety of gourmet food products because of its extensive assortment. The condition of their products is terrible, like a stale cracker. They should be ashamed of themselves. Their so-called expensive teas have the flavor of used tea bags, and their so-called organic produce consists of bruised, wilted vegetables that are sold at an exorbitant price. And don't even get me started on their expensive wines; they have the acidity of vinegar. Although Encha may be a destination for connoisseurs, it is in no way a destination for flavor.
