Easy to use, accurate, reliable. The platform is great and has been easy to implement. I dislike the lack of customizations. I'd love to see a way to customize the platform more for our specific needs. I'd also like to see the ability to add more fields to the audit. Currently we are only able to audit for alcohol use and we'd like to be able to audit for other substances. I'd also like to be able to audit for drug use.
