Review on Better Direct by Shawn Xayamonty

I have been working with this department since they opened their doors in 2010. The staff is great! They help me out whenever I need them to. There's nothing that I dislike about working here. If you're looking for quality customer service then come talk to these guys. Do it. You won't be disappointed!! My experience at better direct was awesome from beginning to end. Their knowledge base is vast, so if there is something new or unknown we can easily figure it out together. I have been working with Brian since 2013 when he purchased his first office equipment from us at better direct! He was very helpful throughout every step along our journey purchasing new devices that we needed (and then some). Nothing but great things about him!! If you need any service or anything related it's best if u go thru them because they will help make sure everything goes smoothly without issues down your way. Very friendly staff who makes buying/selling items easy peasy. !
